This is one of my favorite things to eat. It’s very refreshing and goes very well with fried rice.
1 Carrot Shredded
1/2 Cucumber peeled and chopped
1/2 onion sliced into thin slices
1 Tomato chopped
2 Sliced Chili Peppers
Salt to taste
Mix all the vegetables together and add the salt. Then add yogurt. The more yogurt you add the more liquidy it will be. If you prefer your salad liquidy add more yogurt. I add about one cup or sometimes a bit more.
